IT’S TIME TO #GETCLASSFIT

Get ready to bring motion and movement back into your classroom! Each one of these short exercises are sure to excite and invigorate your students. Designed in collaboration with 2X NCAA Gymnastics champion Stacey Ervin Jr., Hope and Wade King and partners created these videos to lead your classroom through short workouts designed to re-focus your students, all while giving them some much needed movement.
